Nature’s strongest force: the tenacity of a mother.

Elizabeth’s Glaser’s fight to save her children from HIV/AIDS inspired a movement that resulted in the virtual elimination of pediatric AIDS in the Global North. But every day 1,000 infants are born with HIV in the Global South.

To put an end to pediatric AIDS, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation wanted find a way to make all women “one-degree-of-separation” from the plight of their sisters in some of the most remote places on earth.

Our Manifesto reconnected everyone to the most powerful force in nature: the bond between a mother and her child. “Make a Mother’s Fight Your Fight” helped EGPAF acquire new donors, increased the size and frequency of donations, and helped reestablish EGPAF’s leadership in the battle against pediatric AIDS.
